SBA STEM & Robotics Mission Statement & Description
Our mission is to install a devotion to discovering into every member of our team and to actively learn STEM-related and critical lifelong skills.
The St. Benedict of Auburndale’s Robotics Team and STEM Program are fairly new and growing programs at SBA. The maiden voyage of our BEST Robotics competition took place in the Fall of 2014. Our STEM Program officially began in the Fall of 2016. Our Robotics Team consists of students from all high school age groups; demographics; special students with many talents, passions, and motivations. There is a plethora of talents within our team. They also work vigilantly every day during competitions to design, complete, and perfect our robot as well as the other areas of the competition. Our team has grown bigger each year.
